MEETINGS CHAIRMAN REPORT

By the nature of the beast, a very short report. I would make the following observations:

1. Moving to a Saturday has increased the attendance and made organising a venue much easier unless we clash with the Social Club Beer Festival!
2. Removing the Winter meeting did not cause the sky to fall in and pestilence to rage through the MCCU.
3. The number of reports submitted in advance of the meeting has increased. The question is now many people need to have reports printed for them because they cannot produce their own?
