Greater Manchester were MCCU County Team Champions beating each of their rivals retaining the title won last year. Warwickshire were second and Staffordshire third. These three teams were nominated for the national stages.

Minor Counties

Only airmail paper separated winners Shropshire from Leicestershire. Both county teams go through to the national stages.

Under-175

The MCCU received one entry only from Greater Manchester who were nominated for the national stages.

Under-150

Warwickshire won the title going through the season underfeated. They and runners-up Nottinghamshire were nominated for the national stages.

Under-125

Warwickshire were winners defeating Worcestershire in the MCCU final. With sufficient MCCU entries in this competition third-placed Lincolnshire were also nominated for the national stages.

Under-100

Warwickshire were Champions going through the season undefeated. Nottinghamshire were losing finalists and Staffordshire Terriers won the third place play-off. These three teams were nominated for the national stages.
