Championships national stages

Team captains please note that ECF national stages have different rules from the MCCU stage. See ECF 2022 team competion rules. The default dates are: for Preliminary rounds 23 Apr; quarter finals Open, Minor, u1850, and u1450 on 14 May; quarter finals u2020 and u1650 on 21 May; semi-finals 11 June; and Covid-19 conditions permitting, the finals will be held on Saturday 2nd July at the Bosworth Hotel and Spa, The Park, Market Bosworth, Nuneaton CV13 0LP. Covid continues to disrupt fixtures because many players were not prepared share cars to travel to distant venues and some matches were played with a reduced number of boards and several matches were walk overs.
